Even before the introduction of the Canadian Anti-Spam Law in July 2014, Safe and Secure Computing followed a policy of never sending unsolicited emails. We send invoices, payment receipt notifications, service follow-up emails and the very occasional security warning.
As of July 2017, strict enforcement of the law comes into effect. Companies that do not follow the CASL guidelines can now be sued. This makes it all the more important that you understand you must take direct action to maintain contact with us - even if we have an existing business relationship.
